Condo 310 is a smoke and pet free third floor condo. In 2015 everything was thrown out and new furniture was put in. At the very same time new kitchenware, new beddings, new Wi-Fi and much more was exchanged.
From the balcony you will have a stunning view over Boca Ciega Bay.
There are two rooms, one bedroom and one living room with a bar kitchen and a large private tiled balcony. The bathroom is all tiled, clean and spacious. 4 people easily sleeps here, two in the King size bed in the bedroom, and two in the (almost queen size) 2019 $1,600.00 sofa bed, in the living room. The AC is quiet and does the job well. There is a 110V current in the walls, but most 230V gear will work fine. Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer with ice-machine, oven, micro toaster, dishwasher and more.
There are two new 40′ flat screen TVs (with USB), a DVD player, PS3, CD player/beach player, free Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speaker system, binoculars, safety box, telephone (for incoming calls + free calls within the 727-area), and a washing machine with dryer. Bedding, linen, towels and beach towels are included and you will also find iron, iron board and hairdryer for your convenience. We have four new bikes you may borrow if you are up for a ride at the Pinellas Trail. We also have beach toys, coolers, 2 2-seater kayaks, picnic- and fishing gear. For the record, if you paddle towards Lake Seminole, you will see and encounter alligators.

Boca Ciega Resort & Marina is a four story building, built in 2006 on the waterline by Long Bayou close to Madeira beach. It is located in a safe residential neighborhood close to St. Pete Beach between St. Petersburg and Tampa, FL. It is within walking distance of some of the popular bars and restaurants in the area and within a few minutes’ drive from some of the popular beaches.
The building has a large pool area with free and open Wi-Fi, sunbeds, a hot tub and a BBQ-area. Next to the pool is a private pier you may use if you feel like spotting dolphins or do some fishing. Our own private parking is in the shade, next to the elevators.
