What’s included?
Cleaning fee, linen, beach towels, bath towels, high-speed private Wi-Fi, electricity, bikes, kayaks, trash, resort fee, free private parking, BBQ gas, and much more.
Nothing comes on top of the given quote except the 13% local tax!
Payment terms:
If the rent is less than USD 3,000.00, the full amount is to be paid 48 hours after receiving the signed contract.
If the total rent exceeds USD 3,000.00 20% deposit is required within 48 hours to reserve your dates, balance paid in full 60 days prior to arrival.
Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in, earliest at 4:00 PM
Check-out, latest at 10:00 AM
(We can be flexible on check-in & check-out times, depending on availability.)
Cancellation/Rebooking:
Rebooking is free when it’s made within 24 hours of your booking.
A rebooking/rescheduling 50 days before arrival or more, a rebooking/reschedule fee of 7% of the total rental amount will be charged!
When canceled up to 50 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 15% of the rental amount will be charged.
When canceled within 50 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 85% of the rental amount will be charged. If the condo can be leased to another renter during the specified rental period
according to the contract, a cancellation fee of 25% will be charged, if cancellation has been made within 50 days prior to arrival.
