If the rent is less than USD 3,000.00
the full amount is to be paid 48 hours after receiving the signed contract.
If the total rent exceeds USD 3,000.00
20% deposit is required within 48 hours to reserve your dates, balance paid in full 60 days prior to arrival.
Check-in, earliest at 4:00 PM
Check-out, latest at 10:00 AM
(We can be flexible on check-in & check-out times, depending on availability.)
Rebooking:
Rebooking is free when its made within 24 hours of your booking.
When you want to rebook/reschedule 50 days before arrival or more, a rebooking/reschedule fee of 7% of the total rental amount will be charged.
When you want to rebook 50 days or less prior to your arrival, a rebooking fee of 50% of the rental amount will be charged.
If the condo can be leased to another renter during the specified rental period according to your agreement,
a rebooking fee of totally 25% will be charged.
Cancellation:
When canceled up to 50 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 15% of the rental amount will be charged. If canceled within 50 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 85% of the rental amount will be charged.
If the condo can be leased to another renter during the specified rental period according to this agreement,
a cancellation fee of 25% will be charged if cancellation has been made within 50 days prior to arrival.
