Our stay in Unit #410 was awesome. We loved loved it. It was very clean and had nice decor. We enjoyed our (short) three night stay. Took our daughter to tour Eckerd College. Condo has a beautiful view of the water and the sunsets were amazing! THe pool and hot tub area were clean and quiet. Appeared to be equipped for cooking; however, WE did not cook but ate out while there. Lots of dining nearby and there are many beaches nearby to choose from. Visited the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. RIP Winter. My daughter was five when she first met Winter (inspiring her to go into marine science) so it was heartbreaking news while visiting. Unfortunately we did not have time to use the kayaks and bikes but plan to do so upon our next visit when we are in the area. Daniel was easy to communicate with and kept us up-to-date. We recommend this unit to anyone looking for an awesome and safe place to stay. Thanks Daniel.
We stayed in 410 great view and within 15 minutes of everything. Treasure Island has Ricky T,s live music, Johns Pass has shopping, charter fishing in Clearwater $57 for 4 hours on The Queens Fleet! An excellent time can’t wait to come back again! Great place to stay!
My Wife and I stay in Unit 410 for 2 weeks, it was exactly as advertised. Close to everything we enjoy and had all the things we like, Kayaks, bikes(that could use a tuneup but still worked), coolers and other outdoor needs. and a heated pool. We did have an issue with the dryer that quit working so we contacted Daniel and amazingly there was a new washer and dryer installed in less than 2 days. We would highly recommend this place.

5 star condo! We just stayed in #410 and it was beautiful. The bathroom is very modern and stunning especially the shower. The views are always a huge plus staying here! The pool was super warm, we happened to have two colder days but the pool still felt great. The hot tub felt amazing. It’s so close to so much. We love waking up and going to sleep over looking the water. It is so convenient having your own washer/dryer in your unit especially after beach days. This is our second time staying in these condos. Last time we stayed in #310, we definitely can’t wait to come back.
We had a wonderful 4 night stay! Daniel was very accommodating and responsive to my emails. The condo was just as described and the views of the bay were beautiful. We loved waking up and seeing the water view and ending the days the same way. This was by far my favorite condo we have stayed in so far and we will definitely book again in the future. A ceiling fan on the balcony would be an awesome addition especially in the hot summer months in Florida.
Just returned from our vacation at unit 410. Can’t say enough nice things about our stay. Daniel was very responsive to any and all questions I had. Condo is lovely. Spectacular views of beautiful Boca Ciega Bay from the large balcony. Ate our breakfast there in the mornings and enjoyed the sunsets in the evenings. Took advantage of all the amenities provided- bikes, kayaks, fishing poles, coolers, beach chairs, pool and hot tub. Close to restaurants and beaches. GREAT location! We will definitely return.
Unit #410 was absolutely lovely, and the view of the bay from the balcony was so peaceful. The unit was exactly as pictured on the VRBO site. The entire condo building and pool area was very nice and well maintained. We would absolutely recommend this place to friends!
November 2019 – Boca Ciega Resort #410
As we write this, we are staring out at the sailboats out on the water. We were lucky enough to spent 8 beautiful days and nights in this well-appointed condo. The sunrises, sunsets and views were incredible. We saw dolphins and birds daily. We actually extended our stay by two nights just to be able to enjoy everything this condo had to offer. Frederic and Daniel thought of everything and we appreciated their excellent communication. The welcome bottle of wine was such a nice touch.
Going back to cold, snowy New York was bittersweet but we vow to be back soon! Thank you Frederic and Daniel for everything!

We have recently returned from another fantastic stay at condo by the water. Boca Ciega resort is in a fantastic location with plenty of bars and restaurants close by.This time we stayed in condo 410/Hepburn and I can honestly say it was fantastic.The condo has absolutely everything you need. Very comfortable bed, great shower, fully stocked kitchen with washer/dryer, which was great for us as we were on a 3 week road trip so it was good to be able to freshen everything up.
We had a friend travelling with us this time who slept on the sofa bed in the lounge and she said it was extremely comfortable. It was a brand new sofa bed and it is clearly very good quality which makes a huge difference and was very easy to set up. We previously stayed in condo 404/Garbo which was also fantastic but I loved the aspect of the balcony in 410, it looked out over the pool area with fantastic views of Boca Ciega bay.You could watch the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening.
The resort is kept in immaculate condition and the pool and spa are so relaxing and a great place to meet and chat with other guests.
Daniel is fantastic to deal with, he always responds to any questions/queries very quickly which makes things run really smoothly. We travel around Florida every year but keep coming back here as it is one of our favourite places to stay!!
We are already planning our next trip and will definitely be returning to condobythewater.
