Boca Ciega Resort Condo 410
Boca Ciega Resort Condo 410 is a smoke and pet free top floor condo in front of the pool. It has two 55″ SMART TV together with a SONOS sound at BT system, kitchenware, beddings and more. From the balcony you have a stunning view overlooking the pool and Boca Ciega Bay. There are two rooms, one bedroom and one living room with a bar kitchen and a large private tiled balcony.
The kitchen was completly renovated in November 2021, its state of the art! It has a new $3500 induction range, new Samsung fridge with ice maker, new Samsung micro and new dish washer etc etc.
The bathroom is absolutely top modern and all was tiled and renovated 2020 for $13K. Its large and has a spacious shower with sliding doors.
We have installed an UVC, UVV light June 2020 into the central AC. The device clean the air into HOSPITAL STANDARD. It takes care of bacteria’s, pollen, smoke, viruses (Covid-19 as well..), dust and other small particles we breath every day.

4 people easily sleeps in condo 410.
Two persons sleeps in the XL King size bed in the bedroom, and two in the pull out sofa bed in the living room.
The kitchen is is also equipped with a Keurig coffee maker so bring your own K-cups. we will give you a few to try it out.
There is also a brand new big washing machine with dryer.
We have the best quality down feather bedding, linens (with fitted sheets), and towels (and beach towels) are included and you will also find iron, iron board and hairdryer for your convenience.
We also have PS3, free and fast Wi-Fi, Bluetooth SONOS speaker system, binoculars, safety box etc.
Other.
We have four new bikes you can borrow if you are up for a ride at the Pinellas Trail. (The bikes are shared with unit 310.)
We also have beach toys, coolers, 2 2-seater kayaks (also shared with unit 310), picnic- and fishing gear. For the record, if you paddle towards Lake Seminole, you will see and encounter alligators. You may use the parking spot 18 in the shade under the building while renting from us.
Large common pool area.
Boca Ciega Resort has a large common pool area with a free and open Wi-Fi, lots of sunbeds and a BBQ-area.
Next to the pool is a all year around heated hot tub for you to enjoy!
The condo has a keyless door lock system. You will be given a personal code together with the contract.

Boca Ciega Resort & Marina is a four story building built in 2006. Its very close to Madeira beach but its situated right on the water by Long Bayou. The location is in a safe residential neighborhood close to good restaurants and bars. Its within walking distance of some of the most popular bars and restaurants in the area.
If you feel like spotting dolphins or do some fishing you my do so on our nice private pier. We have lots of private parking spaces on the grounds. They are all free & some are in the shade so you get a comfy cool car. The parking lot is right next to the 2 elevators.
